just had my itunes on random and was rewarded with this gem, a track from the pdx now! compilation i picked up in portland last january. it's 3.51 of sheer blissfulness and deserves a much wider audience than obviously this blog has. judging by the band's myspace, this song isn't particularly representative, the other samples provided being of a far dirtier bent - but they all have a certain something about them. it appears the band have been on hiatus until very recently (this track was originally released in 2006 on an album called "erase" - will have to search it out methinks), so if you like this, drop them a line to encourage them to stick at it.photo stolen from here.
